How we handle your waiting list details

This notice covers the details you give us when you join the Blazeshield Site Pro waiting list on this website. The app itself has its own privacy policy.
Who we are
Gareth Robins, trading as Blazeshield Site Pro, is responsible for your details. Contact: privacy@blazeshield.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, your role, how many engineers the company has and its main type of work
- How you heard about us, and whether you want to hear about the founding member offer
Why we use it
Only to tell you when Blazeshield Site Pro launches, about the founding member offer, and to understand who the app is for. We use it because you asked us to (your consent). We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
Form entries are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. Netlify may process them in the United States, protected by the UK's approved data transfer safeguards. Emails to you are sent from our own email account.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after the app launches, or sooner if you ask us to remove you. If you sign up to the app, your account is covered by the app's privacy policy instead.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing privacy@blazeshield.co.uk. Every email we send also tells you how to unsubscribe. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
